 We will be updating this page daily with info and updates of our athletes competing in the U.S. Junior Olympic Nationals and Senior Nationals in Austin, Texas. Our coaches are preparing to attend their seminars tomorrow and be ready for our competition which starts on Tuesday. When you arrive in Texas, please check-in with the team manager (Reanna or Master Francis) to find out where we will be practicing. The show is about to begin... 6/29/2009-MONDAY Two coaches finished their seminar. We now have Level 1 Coaches. Our third Level 1 Coach will be certified on Friday. Great job, guys. Tomorrow's fighters are weighed in, primed, and ready to rock. Good luck. The next update will be tomorrow evening. Alexandria did not win, but she qualified for the 2009 Junior National Team Trial/Fight-Off. The winner will earn a spot on the 2009 Junior National Team to compete in the Junior Pan American Taekwondo Championship (Curacao). Han's Taekwondo Academy was awarded and recognized as a silver club academy and won a trophy for having the 3rd largest team in participation at the event. Amazing! Great Job Team!!!! In Summary, our team performed well. We were very competitive with other top schools in the nation. I am very proud of our fighters, and commend y'all (Texas) for working hard.
